Made from 100% worsted wool with 100% viscous black lining. The waistcoat comes with 5 buttons and a peaked bottom. Choose from chrome, antique or black buttons.

The tartan waistcoat is generally made to be worn with a kilt or trews but it does complement trousers or jeans just as well so we can manufacture it to go with either. Please select what you are planning on wearing the waistcoat with in the options above and we will ensure the length is correct for you.

To measure yourself, here is our measurement guide.

To measure the back length, please measure from the bottom of your neck to the point on your back where you would like the back of the waistcoat to sit.

Please note, as the waistcoats are fully made to order, these can take up to 6 weeks to make. This can vary based on the time of year. We'll be in touch with you once you've placed your order to confirm delivery dates.

If you have any questions about the waistcoat or can't find what you're looking for, please contact us.

Waist Take a firm (not tight) measurement at the navel. This is normally 2 inches higher than your hip bone.

Chest Size Take a loose measurement under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

Height The most important measurement! Ensure this is correct.

Kilt Length Measure from the top of the hip bone to the middle of the knee cap. You will need someone to help you take this measurement.

Sett Pattern - This is the most common way to have your kilt made. This is where the tartan on the front mirrors the tartan on the back.
Line Pattern - This is more of a military style where if there is a prominent line in the tartan this is seen down every pleat on the back of the kilt.
