You can speak with Laura before, during or after you place your order and she can answer any questions you may have. Once your order has been placed, Laura will contact you if any sizes or details do not look ‘standard’. With years of experience, Laura will make sure you receive the perfect Highlandwear garment.


Delivery

We currently offer three delivery options within the UK and two delivery options for mainland Europe, USA/Canada and the Rest of World. Delivery times and rates depend on the delivery option selected as well as your location. Prior to selecting a delivery option please read the following information. All delivery methods excluding UK Standard delivery require a signature upon delivery. Please take this into consideration when selecting a delivery method and delivery address.

The cost of delivery is per order, not per item therefore a larger order will still cost the same as an order for a single item.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Aramex Addresses due to security reasons. We do deliver to BFPO addresses within our delivery time timescales, however onward shipment is under the control of the BFPO mailing system. If we experience delays to our advertised delivery times we will update this information page with up to date information.

UK

We aim to deliver to the timescales outlined below.

UK Standard delivery

This is the UK standard delivery option which does not require a signature and therefore is not tracked (4-6 working days after completion/manufacture of your order) .

  • £3.50 - up to 0.25 Kilograms
  • £4.50 - up to 0.75 Kilograms
  • £6.50 - up to 1.25 Kilograms
  • £7.50 - up to 1.75 Kilograms
  • £8.50 - up to 2 Kilograms
  • £10 - up to 4 Kilograms
  • £12 - up to 9 Kilograms

UK Premium delivery

Our UK premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays (2-3 working days after completion/manufacture of your order).

  • £6.50 - up to 0.1 Kilograms
  • £7.50 - up to 0.5 Kilograms
  • £8.50 - up to 1 Kilograms
  • £10.50 - up to 2 Kilograms
  • £24 - up to 3 Kilograms
  • £26 - up to 9 Kilograms

INTERNATIONAL

We aim to deliver to the timescales outlined below.

EUROPE Standard delivery

Our European standard deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 2-5 working days after completion/manufacture of your order.

  • £10 - Small Package
  • £25 - Medium Package
  • £30 - Large Package

USA/CANADA Standard delivery

Our USA/CANADA standard deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 3-10 working days after order completion/manufacture of your order.

  • £20 - Small Package
  • £45 - Medium Package
  • £60 - Large Package

ROW Standard delivery

Our Rest of World standard deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 3-10 working days after order completion/manufacture of your order.

  • £30 - Small Package
  • £60 - Medium Package
  • £90 - Large Package

What Happens Next?

Once your order has been placed, it normally takes 4-6 weeks to receive a kilt, kilt jacket or kilt package. Accessory orders can take a maximum of 10 working days depending on stock levels. We are contactable throughout this process so feel free to get in touch if you have any concerns.

When you receive your Kilt we suggest you try it on right away to make sure it fits you comfortably. If you have any problems or concerns please get in touch with us. We are happy to make any alterations that are necessary. We suggest that if you need your Kilt for a special event you order well in advance to allow for any possible alterations that may be required.

If all has gone well we would love to hear from you anyway. Send us photos of you in your new highland wear, post them to our facebook wall and we can add them to our customer gallery.
