• MacGregor & MacDuff cannot accept responsibility for any measurements submitted by you, the consumer. We will make your outfit to the sizes you submit to us in your final order and any outfit which does not fit cannot be refunded.
• All products must be paid for before the product is handed to the shipping agent. Delays in payment will cause delay in delivery.
• Products may take up to 12 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
• Once any product has been sent, MacGregor and MacDuff no longer accept responsibility for its safety, while it is in the hands of the courier it is not our responsibility.
• Given the unpredictability of the online environment, MacGregor & MacDuff do not promise that our website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
• The content of our website is presented, "as is", and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.
