The £499 kilt package is a Ghillie Shirt Package, which is known as an informal or relaxed outfit. This is a fantastic package which many people choose to purchase before investing in a Jacket at a later date. The amount of tartans within this package is unlimited and for an extra £50 you can also choose from heavyweight or old and rare tartans. Ghillie shirts were originally designed for casual wear, used for such events as ceilidhs, and there main function is to keep a gent cool when dancing. Included in this package are the shoes and the socks. Socks are available in four colours (cream, black, bottle green or navy). As part of the package, flashes and garters are supplied, which are used to hold the socks in place and inject some colour to the outfit. We also include the sgian dubh and the kilt pin which are used for decorative purposes. We supply a belt and buckle accompanied with a semi dress sporran, which can also be referred to as day wear sporran or casual sporran. The ghillie shirt is available in a choice of five colours (cream, white, navy, bottle green or black). This package should take an average of six weeks to make and it represents exceptional value for money.

The £599 kilt package is a full highland outfit for either formal or semi-formal attire. There is a choice of jacket styles. You can select from a formal Prince Charlie and three button vest (+£49 for 5 button Prince Charlie vest) with tails and satin lapels (stock sizes only) or a slightly more modern and less formal Argyll style jacket with a five button waistcoat (stock sizes only). Every jacket that we supply is freshly made to order. None of our jackets are 'off the peg'. All materials used by our tailor are of the highest standard, so you can be assured that your new jacket and waistcoat will offer excellent value for money.

The jackets we sell are very sought after as they are all made in Scotland, as opposed to the vast majority of imported jackets that are on sale in Scotland today. If your jacket is of chest size 48"or above, a supplement of £39 is payable.
All the tartans in this package come in heavy weight cloth and are made with a full 8 yards of material. You can choose from 220 of Scotland's most popular tartans. This enables the package to be well priced because these tartans are more economical to produce, as they are woven all year round and are in high demand. All the kilts in the package are hand finished by our own kilt makers with parts of the kilts being machine stitched.
For an extra £100 you can have a fully handmade kilt, which is another very unique service that MacGregor and MacDuff can offer. Fully handmade kilts are very hard to come by and may not be available in the next 5 - 10 years.
Included in this package are leather ghillie brogues, socks which come in six colours and flashes to hold the socks in place and inject some colour into the outfit. The
sgian dubh and kilt pin supplied are thistle themed decorative features to add character to your outfit.
The sporrans supplied are either dress or semi-dress, depending on which style you prefer. Dress sporrans are more formal and should always be worn with the Prince Charlie jacket. Semi-dress sporrans
are available for a more casual style.

The £699 kilt package is a full highland outfit for either formal or semi-formal attire. There is a choice of jacket styles. You can select from a formal Prince Charlie and three button vest (+£49 for 5 button Prince Charlie vest) with tails and satin lapels (stock sizes only) or a slightly more modern and less formal Argyll style jacket with a five button waistcoat (stock sizes only). Also available are our Glen Orchy style jackets for only an extra £80. This style is a more modern version of the Argyll jacket and is unique to MacGregor and MacDuff. We can make our Glen Orchy jackets in both Black barathea or grey tweed. You can view these jackets in our 'Kilt Hire' section. The jackets we produce are all made by our very own tailor. This enables us to have total quality control over each and every jacket made and helps us provide a tailoring service that is unrivalled throughout Europe.
