Perfect Outfit to be worn to a Ceilidh or a less Formal event and is a good starting point on your Highlandwear journey. Once you feel comfortable in this Outfit you can decide to stick with it forever or buy a more formal Jacket and Waistcoat to go with it.
Included in the Package:
Our £499 Casual Kilt Package is a Ghillie Shirt Package, which is referred to as a casual look. No Formal Jacket is included with this package. The accessories available in this Package can be seen in the images below.
Ghillie Shirts were designed for Ceilidhs and will keep a gent cool when dancing. This type of shirt is worn loosely to let air circulate whilst taking part in dancing. Our Ghillie Shirts are available in black, white, cream, green and navy.
Included in this Package are Leather Shoes (Ghillie Brogues with long laces) and Socks, which are available in four colours (cream, black, charcoal, bottle green or navy). Tartan Flashes are also included to hold the Socks up and add extra colour to the outfit. Also included, are a Replica Sgian Dubh and a Kilt Pin, which are both designed with a thistle theme.
The Kilt Belt and Buckle comes with the Package and has a celtic design round the edges of the Buckle. A Semi Dress Sporran and Chain Strap, also referred to as day wear sporran or casual sporran, is also provided with the Package.
The Kilt, of course, is also included - with heavyweight* cloth, made to measure with a full 8 yards of material.
*Some tartans do have additional charges due to their cloth costing more to produce. These tartans may also only be available in 13oz mediumweight cloth, however, all the additional costs are listed within the tartan selection of this product.
